The room size was perfect for me. It had a large closet and a bathroom large enough for my needs. The staff and garden staff were amazing. One of them used is phone to translate what i was saying to understand me in english. I loved the garden. The garden helped to feel peace and relaxe. I have been to other hotel in roatan and Mame Trees is one the best to stay in. The hotel is in front of the beach. Beware to walk barefoot to the beach if you go swimming in front of the hotel. A homeless stole my sandals when i left them on the beach to go to swim and snorkel.
Adam and his family are the owners and were always available for my needs. For instance i lost my room key in the ocean and the gave me a replacement without blaming me for the lost.

The location and value is great. It was a bit outdated but the view is worth it. The drinks at the bar we crazy expensive considering drinks are so cheap in Roa. Would stay there again. Location is chill.

The hotel is in a great location right accross street from beach. Its basically beachfront as there is nothing blocking you from seeing the ocean from hotel. The manager Santiago went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was always available to help with any needs or wants.The guy who helps out Fabian was also very helpful with everything from hailing a cab to giving you info on anything you needed.The cook/chef Edwin cooks very delicious. All in all a great option to stay in West End.
What a beautiful property! A stunning oasis right on the beach!!! Our room was chic, clean, and comfortable. However, I can’t express how friendly and kind the staff is! Drinks are excellent, food spectacular. 10/10 - must stay here for your west bay vacation!!!
The room was well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The entire place was very clean. Two pools were in excellent shape and clean. The staff were great and allowed us to stay four hours over check out so we would be comfortable until we needed to catch our flight home. Highly recommend this perfect getaway.
Loved the location. Very beautiful and relaxing. Dustin and Tracy were really great and helped us with planning on things to do and see. Their breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely go back.
