The hostel is run by 2 Belgians and a Polish girl. It is a nice meeting/chill spot in an authentic Georgian house for young and less young ;) backpackers, families and locals who want to escape the hot Tbilisi or the busy beach season in Batumi :). We stayed as a couple in the 'karmasutra' :D a very nice room (no air conditioning but a fan which was enough). It is best to book that room well in advance during the high season because it is often already reserved. There was also a dormitory for people traveling alone where you could reserve a bed quite cheaply. Because the hostel is in a more remote place you can either use the kitchen for your own food or have breakfast in the morning and join dinner in the evening, which was super tasty and always vegetarian. After that it was a nice international get-together with a beer, wine or chacha, all local of course.

Incredible place, very close to the canyons. Very cosy, traditional atmosphere. Loved the hosts. They very very helpful with tips around the house, gave us directions to multiple beautiful locations which would only locals know :) To help us with directions the host even drew a map on paper. We also got the chance to taste their own home-made wine. If you have a chance, make sure to order dinner with them, it's a whole other level of experience.
