Beautifully located hotel. Staff were fantastic and attentive. We had a wedding approximately 20 minutes away from the hotel however we weren't able to check in early. The front desk kindly stored our bags for us and gave us our room keys. When we returned late at night, we were able to easily access our room and our bags were waiting inside for us. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic. The hotels grounds were beautiful and well kept. The only thing we weren't able to experience was the spa - all the more reason for us to return.

It was perfect for our family and older dog. They were very understanding of our dog’s nervousness which was lovely. The garden is safe and secure and she could have a good sniff round without worry.

The location right on the water was beautiful. We ate dinner & breakfast surrounded by water birds, and the staff were lovely. I also loved that they had made the stay great for my dog too - we had a dog bed, bowls, treats, mineral water, and poo bags in the room, and he was given sausages for breakfast, and could sit with me whilst I dined outside - a true dog friendly hotel, and close to everything in the Broads!
The food was also very good!
amazing value for money, comfortable clean room with very comfortable bed and linen. Staff all friendly and helpful, dog friendly, and very good food. Breakfast excellent. And all in a lovely south facing location, looking over the boats going past. We were very pleasantly surprised.
Location was brilliant and the room was lovely bonus points for the lovely poodle sat on the sofa in reception as we were checking out, we really appreciate dog friendly places.
Room was fine; included a welcome pack for dog also (e.g. treats, dog bed etc). Lovely location; very nice breakfast. We also had dinner in the restaurant (great food). We also loved the view from the restaurant terrace. Very dog friendly.
