The location is at residential area, where is quiet and peaceful but walking distance to local amenities. The house is very clean and neatly. The landlord provided everything you need for a short stay. Since I had not met the landlord (Tim), he was able to response promptly when I had any questions during my stay.

Allowed dogs, location and shops right nest door to get what you needed. Very basic but we expected but standards of room was not great. If refurbished does exactly what you pay for. Attention to detail is lacking for the customer .
The staff were amazing, they all made such an effort to talk to us from bar staff, chefs, housekeepers, receptionists and even the owners.
The pub is very dog friendly with water bowls, treats and toys, not to mention staff that love to fuss them.
Sky sports on big screens around the pub were good for watching the formula one and the football.
We booked this hotel because it was pet friendly and we stayed here for 2 nights with our dog. It has nice grass area to walk your dog around. We used the pool and sauna in this hotel. It was very nice and the staff was very helpful. The staff in the reception were also very helpful.
The location was great, in the middle of the country, therefore ideal to stop over, on the way to Scotland.
The hotel was dog friendly, with a large park opposite to walk the dogs, which was great.
The bed was super comfortable and soft. The duvet and pillow were gorgeous. Such a great night's sleep.
Staff on desk were amazing, it was a dog friendly stay, and my little one nervously peed on their carpet right outside the reception, I felt awful, so did my darling dog, they were terrific, wasn’t bothered at all, cleaned up immediately with smiles and petting my dog and not charged any more 😁
