The shower pressure was surprisingly great, considering the size of the shower! The balcony, the wifi, and the fact that there were basic kitchen utensils to use, etc really helped. The Wardrobe space was good and the bedrooms and sheets were clean. Very quiet location and loved the view behind the caravan!

The house is decorated to a high standard and the furniture and accessories look great. Beds and pillows comfortable, great to have a single room and toilet downstairs for my mum. Location was excellent with a park across the road and a few minutes from the beach. We couldn’t fault it. Communication with Katy was easy. The whole family including dog loved their holiday here.
Perfect location, easy to find with parking right outside and a minute walk from the shop.
Caravan is well set up, with excellent facilities, especially loved the individual bathrooms.
Very dog friendly, and our pooches had a wonderful stay.

The only thing that could improve the stay was a parasol. In the afternoon the sun can be very strong on the veranda and a little shade would be nice.
Nice and clean, well equipped, short walk to the on site arcade and shop. Friendly host with good communication. Small additional fee for the dog which was reasonable, front area secure and fenced in. Really close to the beach where we managed to find some lovely sharks teeth. Few good shops. Kids and adults had a lovely stay. Will hopefully be back in the near future.

Excellent location and sea views. I've never stayed anywhere so close to the beach! Lovely comfortable room with lots of extras like toiletries, chilled water, chocolates and tea & coffee. The shower was super powerful! The breakfast was delicious! The hosts and the lovely dog Louis were so welcoming and friendly. We both really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you very much.
The cottage is in a fantastic location for all amenities and the Beach. We absolutely loved our stay. The Victory Pub at the end of the street 60yrds away was very dog friendly and the food was to die for. All in all 10 out of 10.
Perfect location, so close to front, shops, pubs etc. House was perfect for us (couple plus 2 teens plus dog). Cosy yet enough room. Patio must be lovely in Summer. Bedrooms were great, beds comfy. Nice table to eat at. Kitchen was good. TV with Netflix was a bonus.
