The property was amazing and we enjoy exploring the grounds. Our young kids were very happy to feed the horses every morning their carrots. Great property for families, the pictures do not do justice to the amount of space we had. Very large kitchen!

Secluded location - peaceful, just what I needed. Bed was lovely and comfortable. Basic cooking but adequate cooking facilities, fridge, mini oven / grill with 2 electric rings on the top- toaster & kettle etc. Even a bottle of milk, no welcome goodies like may other places leave. board games available and a selection of dvd's but I never switched TV on at all. Whilst shower & toilet are a short walk away, shower was perfectly hot enough, towels & linen supplied Welcomed by a really cuddly friendly Bailey ( horse) each morning, demanding morning cuddles was a delight. If you want a peaceful, almost off gird type break this is it. Very short drive to both Druridge bay country park and Cresswell

Perfect house in a perfect location, it was so clean, the rooms were all of a good size, good size TV which is what we always like, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, secure front and back gardens for the little dog, just perfect, warm and cosy for a nice winter break, beautiful beaches on your doorstep, cannot fault this property at all. Also the Christmas Tree and all the other decorations around the house were so sweet.

Able to pull right up to door and unload car , then park in bay opposite on quite street with every amenity within walking distance. Clean , well equipped and most comfortable bed I think I’ve ever slept in
