Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable (especially the bed, oh my), all the facilities you could need and welcoming hosts who gave really great suggestions for things we might like to do in the area. Location is great for getting around to explore lots of places and the hotel a few mins walk away does wonderful food if you don’t want to cook. Lovely to be able to take the dog too.

We really liked the setting of the location & the buildings and land. If you’re taking a dog with you, it has a fantastic field and if you’re lucky, you get to see deer. The hosts, Liz & Graeme, we’re exceptional and so warm & friendly and gave good tips on where to go to eat, visit etc. They were also very kind to provide milk, smoked trout (that my son polished off straightaway) and a bottle of bubbly as it was my birthday. Very kind and thoughtful.

Perfect location for exploring the area, very beautiful part of Scotland. Some lovely walks from the cottage. Simple and comfortable cottage (perfect for us) with everything we needed and was more spacious than we expected. Nice little back garden for sitting outside. Kerry was very helpful when we asked for an extra bath mat and towel for the shower. Owner's friendly collie came in to visit a few times, very sweet doggie. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Very comfortable and clean, modern pet friendly room. Quiet location despite being in centre of town. Friendly welcome from host even though we arrived quite late from ferry. Great coffee and shower worked well. Exceptional value. Really nice that our dog was welcome in a town where most hotels don’t appear to accept pets.

Great B&B in a lovely location. Andrew very welcoming and friendly with his 3 dogs. Our en-suite room was very nice, comfy bed, hospitality tray etc. Good shower. Everywhere was spotless. Quite a quirky place with marionettes hanging in hallway, full of character. Good cooked breakfast. We only stayed one night but would recommend and stay again. Thanks
