Breakfast was excellent - Unable to comment on dinner facilities as arrived too late but the hotel was very apologetic and directed us to an excellent Russian restaurant a few minutes walk away.

The Swan never fails to deliver. I have stayed many times in recent years, the food and service always are always good. I always get exactly what I expected for a reasonable price and will continue to use the Swan for any stays in the area.

The whole package of accommodation, food and caring staff was brilliant. the property is antique in looks but fitted out very tastefully with mod cons. Ideally situated for visiting a number of Historic Houses and delightful gardens.

We stayed here with family in order to attend a wedding locally. Very easy to locate with free parking just along the road. Extremely clean and well equipped. We did not bring our dog but I would have felt comfortable if we’d done so. Double bedroom on the open area at the top of the stairs and twin bedroom. It was warm weather and there were fans in each area. A good stay.
We stayed 2 nights in one of the Stable rooms, very comfortable. The food in the pub was delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Dog friendly pub and accommodation.
Lovely welcoming pub, staff superb and food to die for, the venison was the best I have ever tasted. Location is delightful, beer garden is well set out with lots of shade and lovely atmosphere. Best of all dog friendly, the staff did not stop making fuss of our dog Yogi, have now been twice to Bedingfield Arms and will surely make several more visits.
