We had a most wonderful stay, the cottage had everything we needed and retained it character. Lovely views from the window, an area for our dog to play and it really was a dog friendly accommodation with dog beds, feeding and water bowls. The bed was so comfortable and I enjoyed lighting the log fire, it kept the cottage cosy and toasty. We was greeted with a great welcome back - everything we needed for a full English breakfast and the host was so friendly and helpful. The kitchen was magnificent, everything was easy to use and I loved the butler sink.

Our second visit to this amazing cottage and lovely town. Very well appointed cottage with extremely well equipped kitchen along with some welcome supplies. Cottage is furnished with antiques, fresh flowers and lots of information. Huge comfortable bed and bedroom and bathroom upstairs and another toilet downstairs off the utility room. Two doors outside to patio and small enclosed garden. Very dog friendly Inc extra poo bags and blankets. Very good off road parking. Lots of paths around the village, along with various pubs, takeaways and Co-op.

The facilities were clean and well maintained, nothing was any trouble, buffet breakfast with the largest array of jams, marmalades marmites and toppings you could wish for. Mark who greeted us made us feel very welcome, as did the owners. Breakfast was so lovely in the conservatory looking out over the meadows. The food was delicious. Mill House is very much like a home from home. The dogs are gorgeous and the location is great. You simply could not put a price on the view from our balcony room. Very comfy bed and nothing was too much trouble.
