The staff were absolutely wonderful. My mother had mobility issues and they changed rooms around to give her easy access. they went and above what they had to and did it so willingly. Amazing staff. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean and well appointed and the beds very comfortable.

Apartment was bigger than expected and had a beautiful view. We were traveling across England from the USA for a wedding and found this gem only 30 minutes from Alton Towers.
