Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices. Parking over the road was convenieint. Even though the hosts had a little trouble with our booking just before we arrived, they sorted out the problem efficiently. The host was keen to help us with where to visit, and enjoyed listening to our own exploration stories!

I scored a 9 as overall we really liked the room, cleanliness, the furniture and overall decoration not to mention the comfy beds, however although the bathroom was large and modern, it was very grubby. I planned on having a bath but it wasn’t up to standard. the tiles around the shower and seal were very dirty. If we’d staying a second night I would have bought some bleach and a toothbrush and cleaned it myself. Shame. I would still recommend this lovely guesthouse based on the standard of the rooms but would suggest more cleaning of the bathroom.

Excellent facilities and great location! Every small detail had been thought through from extra special touches with baby items available to the kitchen having everything you’d need. Sheila was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough to help us while staying. There is also a website for the house which has all the details you need and is such easy access should there be something you needed to know about the area or details of the house.

Wonderful apartment terrific location there is absolutely nothing we could fault it on. The host Kirsty was more than helpful and I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone. The view from the balcony is superb and the gentle lapping of the waves soothing. Step out of the apartment and turn right on the promenade and the town, marina and all the restaurants, pubs and shops are a short 5 minute walk. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything one could want. The welcome package was a real surprise and much appreciated. The TV and tech was great including the remote black out blinds!! We both thank you for an excellent break. P.S. we were meant to be going home after one day and night but extended to another day and night as we were that impressed!!!

The keys were conveniently left in a lockbox for self-check-in, and we meet the friendly hosts, busy preparing to feed the ponies. A nice surprise was getting our picture taken with the ponies— a lovely bonus. Thank you Zac!
The location was beautiful and peaceful, with a charming rural feel but still just a short drive from Sandwich. The property was very comfortable, offering all modern comforts and more, including a TV in the bedroom and an air fryer in the fully equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and cosy, and there was some milk, coffee, and tea. We also appreciated the great Wi-Fi and TV. The host kindly informed us we could check in earlier if we wanted, which was very thoughtful. Highly recommended— we would absolutely stay again!

Ideal location for the town, lovely walks on your doorstep. Very comfortable. Nice to have such a good standard of property that is dog friendly. Cottage is very well equipped, everything you could want is there. Lovely stay

The food is very nice, highly recommend to eat in the pub located downstairs. The hotel is located in a nice area where you can easily visit the ocean.
