A large property with stunning views and located within easy driving distance of the east coast and nearby historical locations. A good comfortable sized room with a spacious bathroom, toiletries and tea and coffee facilities. Freshly cooked and prepared breakfast selected the evening before from a good selection and we opted for a cooked evening meal on the day we arrived. Our host Angela was welcoming and helpful throughout and greeted us on our arrival along with her four dogs after a long drive with tea and cake.

Cottage was well equipped should you wish to self cater There is an excellent Italian restaurant in the same grounds where you can dine or they do takeaway food. The owner was also prepared to allow us to take our two dogs but we didn’t take them
