Jon dealt swiftly with anything that was needed.
We had use of the fridge & kitchen but, this is a home that has people living in it permanently, as well as those like us that are only staying for a couple of nights, so there’s a element of the communal areas having that “lived” in feeling with washing, washing up & food cooking going on.
I must say though all the lodgers that live there are very friendly people & we’re all very welcoming of me & my son. Genuinely nice.

Fantastic hotel. It looks a little tired but the rooms are big, exceptionally comfortable and staff super friendly. They are in the process of refurbishing the hotel which will only make this better.

It was a great location for what we wanted to do, and I liked the townhouse room with freestanding bath. The open plan design for the restaurant seemed nice.

The staff were so friendly and the lady on reception was so funny, her customer service skills were next level so if this gets passed on hopefully they will work out who it was I just remember her telling me and my mate not to get mud on her lovely carpets 🤣
