Very impressed, this was a great place to stay, everything exactly as described. The hosts have thought of everything guests need from kitchen utensils and herbs/spices to extra cushions and blankets.
We really liked the decor also, and the hosts have made such great use of the space available. Our son loved the hanging chair and our little dog loved the outdoor space (we could close the gate and let him roam).
We will be returning again :)

We liked the staff, friendly and helpful. We liked the food excellent breakfast and evening meal. Limited menu but food cooked to perfection. We liked the hotel being dog friendly and no extra charge for our furry friends. Some hotels are charging exhorbatent fees up to £25 a night per dog. Our dogs enjoyed their stay and were made welcome. The hotel is ideally situated between Lowestoft and Yarmouth and within minutes of the lovely dog friendly beach at Gorleston.
This was our third visit and we will be back.

Brilliant host Hannah has a very clean and very well equipped van that had all the things you could ever need for your stay. It was the little things such as a dog blanket and dog chew on arrival and the heating put on for our arrival that sets this above most other places we’ve stayed. Amazing location near the sea and beach situated on a great holiday park. A very nice stay was had by 3 adults, 2 children and a rescue dog for Easter weekend.
The whole house and experience was amazing!!

The property was perfect for a few days away with my dog! Beautiful decor, extremely comfortable and quiet, very well equipped, fantastic location (2 mins from beach) and a wonderful host, who had thought of every little detail and communicated brilliantly throughout. Plenty of parking directly outside and a handy corner shop too. I was so impressed and would highly recommend.
