The hotel was a lovely standard, amazing modern bathroom and great shower! Lovely shampoo and body wash and even a lovely treat for the dog in the room.
I can’t believe how reasonable the price was for the standard of room and the attached restaurant. The staff couldn’t be friendlier and we had an amazing breakfast the next day.
We stayed here when walking the Weaver Way and it was a perfect location, just 5 minutes from the route!
Friendly staff, who remembered us from previous visit.
Dogs allowed in the bar.
Food and drink options brilliant (didn't eat this time round but last time was spot on)
Location great, walkable to other restaurants and train station - we went to Chester for the evening.
Thoroughly recommend.
Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Tables booked in advance were all reserved for us exactly as asked. Truly dog friendly not just superficially. We felt really comfortable having our dog with us who was made really welcome.
The staff were friendly and efficient despite it being a very busy time for them. Very comfortable room and plenty of tea, coffee, milk (so often there are only a couple of each). It was very dog friendly with a welcome pack for her and even a doggy menu although I had food for her so didn’t try it. Bar was dog friendly too.
