We had what is probably the best room at the hotel (Birthday treat for my wife) and it far exceeded our expectations! Huge room, looking out over the river. Amazing bathroom with good lighting, shower and big copper bath! Lovely standard of toiletries. Plenty of complimentary teas, coffees, etc. Enormous bed and very comfortable. Lovely 'sitting room' area, with TV and comfy seating. We ate in the pub downstairs - which also serves the breakfast. All excellent! Would definitely return to this hotel in a heartbeat!
