Half an hour out of Manchester Airport, which broke up our journey nicely. Food was good, and the restaurant has had the refurb.

Staff were pleasant, and parking was adequate. I didn't use much else other than my room.

Bed was very comfortable linen clean, building is a bit dated but a good concrete floor to keep external noise down was something i miss from modern hotels. Everything worked fine.WiFi was excellent much better speed than what you get at a Prem inn or Travelodge. A ten minute walk into town to eat or drink whatever is your fancy mine was spent in the local Wetherspoons. I arrived at this hotel as a last minute booking as no where else available but will actually book here first next time.

The room was lovely, far exceed my expectation for the price paid. It was clean very comfortable ni e en suite and even a fridge and microwave. Ive paid twice the price and had a worse room at many other properties.
