Cosy and very clean with beautiful interior decor. The bed was really comfortable and the bathroom well appointed and nicely decorated. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The continental breakfast was really tasty and very filling.

Fabulous location, right on the beach with easily accesible walks. The property is very clean, with a large, luxury bathroom, and the service is impeccable. The best part is the view from the terrace - perfect for sitting in the evening and sipping wine. It's lovely waking up in the morning to the sound of the waves.

Gorgeous little abode, pristine clean and beautifully decorated. Very good location, close to town and to the Goodwood Circuit. The owner, Karen was very kind, giving us a lift to the Goodwood Revival. She also provided a bottle of Prosecco and some chocolate croissants for us to enjoy during our stay.

The location was excellent for travelling to and from Goodwood FOS event. The location was very close to the beach so you could have a walk around. Plenty of local amenities for shopping etc. The room was very clean with all the crockery & cutlery you would need for a short stay. The host provided bread and milk on arrival and left jams and cereals too. The bottle of fizz was a very nice touch. Access to the property was easy and there were clear instructions on rules and helpful hints waiting for us.

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and it had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Good location and less than 5 min walk to the beach. Great for trips to Arundel, the Witterings, Weald & Downland museum and Petworth.
The room is immaculate. Everything you could need on arrival is provided; tea, coffee, orange juice, milk, breakfast cereals, bread, butter & jams. Towels and toiletries in the bathroom and even a hairdryer and electric toothbrush charger.
The bed is really comfy, and there's even free WiFi, so you can access your favourite streamed TV channels.
The location is lovely and quiet, too.

The Studio is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is very cozy and relaxing.
Sam and Pete were very welcoming and friendly.
The kitchenette was well stocked with a variety of breakfast items and the local shop is close by for any other needs.
The Studio was very clean, comfortable and affordable and I would definitely stay again.
