The National hotel was a great find! It was off the beaten path. We had two rooms, the suite was awesome, a fabulous shower and bathroom, very comfortable and clean bed, nice view from the windows. The second room was 3 twins, perfect for our 3 teenagers. Hotel has a great hot, fresh breakfast, bar and a banquet room for parties. We were there for 2 nights while exploring the Scottish Highlands. Would definitely like to come back one day. This place is up and coming, great staff who are dedicated to your comfort.

The reviews do not do this place justice. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and welcome. Breakfast is in a true Scotish tradition. The beds were amazingly comfortable, the best we had on our trip, the bathroom and showers were generously sized, and everything was clean. The host was very knowledgeable about the area.
