Liz was so friendly, the welcome basket was amazing home made bread, eggs from her chickens and honey from her bees. The cottage itself was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, a covered decking area and a fenced garden out the back, my only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer we will definitely go back if travelling to Scotland again. The hotel was clean, and upon entrance, very welcoming. Our room was lovely, bright, comfortable, clean. It was spacious, espcially as we had our dog with us. Good location to a lovely river walk which we did, and would recommend.
Booked this hotel as an overnight stay to break up our journey. Location was convenient for us in town centre close to shops & places to eat. Staff was very pleasant & helpful. Free parking & pet allowed. Room was spacious. Room was cheap & breakfast included.
