Excellent location on the high street next to shops and 2 min walk from the harbour and beach. Cosy comfortable spacious room with view of the viaduct. Room had everything we needed with tea, coffee water and the huge private bathroom had lovely toiletries. We had a dog friendly room which was perfect for our needs. Host Paula was so friendly and accommodating, chatty and welcoming - the breakfast each morning was delicious with high standard of products well cooked.
We loved Emahroo. The apartment was super cosy. Really nicely furnished and well equipped. Super dog friendly and plenty of space even for the big man to laze about and a great enclosed garden.. Great location. The kids especially liked the fact that there was an icecream shop directly opposite! Close to everything and plenty of parking. Oh and the beach is fabulous. We will definitely be booking again.
It’s got everything you need for a short break, comfortable beds, open fire, great shower,location is fantastic for beach and coastal walks.

Ice cream shop across the road with fabulous flavours, prices seemed different each time you go in though!
I’ve been to the chippy which was excellent, this time we tried Portknockie fish and chips, very nice.
The Cullen Skink soup at the Royal Oak Hotel is delicious! And dog friendly.
Very clean and spacious flat, great location in the town. Very dog friendly with bowls, leads and even a ball thrower. We loved our stay here and will definitely return.
Great location, had absolutely everything we needed. And the fire is a lovely touch (wood provided). We don’t have a pet but it was lovely to see a pet friendly place with dog food and necessities provided. Easy to find and easy to park.
