I liked the hospitality and the comfort of living during my stay. The hotel is well located, there is 1-2min walk to buss stop to take you to ealing station to go to oxford street, of 10-14 mins walk to Brentford station to go to Waterloo station for other attractions. Walking nearby is excellent, there a close supermarket. The kitchen is fabulous as well.

Communication with the property owner was great, quick response and solving the issue. The room wasn't ready when I arrived after the check in time. Used bedsheets, used towels, full bins, hairs on carpet floor etc., but when I messaged to the property, he sorted it out by sending a cleaner. Generally it was a good place to stay.
Apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable. Good facilities. Very convenient for our dogs. First time , our dogs slept well without waking us up for a pee. Communication with the host is very good via emails and sms. A terrace is a big size for dogs to walk around .
Staff were friendly/welcoming, and check-in / out was very quick and easy. A scan of photo ID was taken when checking in.
Parking available but limited to 3/4 (at a push) cars.
