Excellent communication from Catherine and great advice on directions and recommendations for Sunday lunch (The Cott Inn- amazing meal) and local walks. Made to feel very welcome. The Old Pottery is in a very rural area surrounded by fields and all you can hear if the sound of the birds. We only stayed two nights but the place was equipped as home from home. Dog friendly which is a bonus.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Dog friendly and she could also accompanying us to breakfast in the bar and grab a sausage. Our room was spacious and comfy with a very good large shower . Location was great for touring Dartmoor and surrounding areas. Originally booked for two nights but stayed a third as we were really settled there so went further afield whilst there. Would recommend to anyone who wants to tour that area of Devon which is very scenic and beautiful.
