One needs to have realistic expectations. If you are willing to have a bunk bed and have access to bathroom and showers with other travellers, this is for you. It was a lot of fun and brought me back to my residence days at university ! Would I stay more than one night ? Probably not but for one night, it was a lot of fun ! The owner was very hospitable and fun and had great suggestions for restaurants and pubs. You cannot beat the price, a very important consideration, since we were travelling to Skye the next day and prices of hotels on Skye are exhorbitant. The property included a nice lounge and kitchen the occupants can use. It was very well located, next door to the ferry

Great location to stay overnight for getting an early morning ferry at Armadale.. Good food for both dinner and breakfast with fantastic service by the staff.. Room size was surprisingly large.. The views in front of the hotel was scenic..

The property was lovely and clean and newly refurbished. I was in a single room with en-suite. We were in a perfect location for exploring Mallaig, hoping on cruises or ferries and accessing the local restaurants and cafes.
The “Road to the Isles” ends at the harbour of Mallaig, with ferries to the Hebrides leaving from this remote and peaceful part of Scotland.

A fantastic cabin in a beautiful location, just a short walk from miles of unspoilt beaches and about a hour from Fort William. The cabin is extremely well equipped, modern, spacious, spotlessly clean and as a Star Wars fan adored the quirky Star Wars theme throughout the accommodation. WiFi, great TV,XBox, well appointed kitchen area with all the extras like oil, foil, washing up liquid etc. A delightful quiet location, just two other cabins. I also loved meeting Bobby the friendly dog next door. A stunning place to visit, I hope to go back.
The location was fabulous just a short walk away from a few beautiful beaches!
The cottage itself was clean, well furnished and very, comfortable with plenty of room .
The enclosed garden was great for our dogs, also enjoyed seeing the neighbouring farm animals!
We also had a chat with one of the few neighbours and they were really nice and welcoming to the area!
Our host was very helpful before arriving with regards to check in, local amenities and trips etc
Lovely apartment at the top of Arisaig ,great views over the bay and a wee walk down the hill to the local pub, shop & restaurants.
We're no strangers to the area but this is the first time we've used this accommodation, everything was immaculate on arrival and Michael was on hand to greet us at the door .
The fact that it is dog friendly was a big plus for us and our Lhasa Apso ,Otis ,enjoyed his vacation as much as wee did .
Excellent location for touring this beautiful area and my host Pete was very helpful and informative with a lot of local knowledge about places to go and things not to be missed. My dog and I were made very welcome and we had a really enjoyable long weekend. Highly recommended. Warm, comfortable and private first floor bedroom and bathroom with views over to Skye and the Small Isles.
Had the most amazing few days in Arisaig. The property totally exceeded our expectations it was so lovely, it had everything we needed. The location was just perfect so peaceful what a beautiful place to relax and recharge. Added bonus for us it is pet friendly we brought our wee Lhasa Apso aswell. We absolutely loved it so much so we have rebooked for a weeks stay next year. Can't wait to return.
