They will often eye you from the windows as you arrive but are not allowed on the business side. All I ask is that they are well-behaved and sleep in their own dog bed/dog crate on the floor. Please do not allow them onto the Bed or Soft furnishings & that they are not left unattended at any time

To the South - Located on the sheltered shore of Loch nan Ceall is Arisaig, a pretty village surrounded by superb scenery. Seann Airidh is about 5 minutes drive from the village which has a Spar, Tourist Information/Museum, Café, Hotel, Restaurants & Marina offering Daily Boat Trips aboard the 'Sheerwater' to the Islands of Eigg, Rum & Muck. If you fancy a road trip venturing a little further south then I totally recommend exploring the Ardnamuchan Peninsula. En-route you will pass through the Hamlet of Glenuig. Here I highly reccommend you stop off to pay a visit to the 'Ardshealach Smokehouse' & collect something Delicious for that Picnic Lunch ! Continue on through an extinct Volcano & visit the beautiful Sanna Bay then onto Ardnamurchan Point Lighthouse, the most westerly lighthouse on the British mainland. If feeling energetic, climb to the top of the lighthouse, the view is amazing. Once back at ground level visit the tearoom for a well deserved beverage. To the North - A short distance/few minutes drive away are many absolutely beautiful Sandy Beaches & Islets. 2miles further on is the bustling Fishing Village/Port of Mallaig. Here the Car Ferry departs for the Isle of Skye (advance booking advised) Mallaig contains a wide range of cafes, restaurants and pubs to cater for all tastes. From dining on freshly landed fish to taking afternoon tea overlooking the Harbour. You will find 'Western Isles Cruises' offering a regular Passenger Ferry service to the lovely village of Inverie on the Knoydart Peninsular (inaccessible by car) plus Wildlife Cruises. Wander up Inverie's ‘main street’, visit the gardens, Stop off at the ‘Old Forge’ the `Community owned & run Inn. Then to round the day off why not pay a visit to the Knoydart Brewery in a converted chapel before returning to Mallaig
