Perfect French breakfast in the pretty garden. We loved the location in the centre of the delightful village of Rennes Les Bains. Warning if you have heavy suitcases, there’s no parking immediately outside and there are steps up to the property, but Madame was very helpful and assisted us with our cases. If you’re in this part of the world, its a lovely place to stay.

We loved this house. Marie Kristine is very hospitable and helpful. The house is secured by a remote controlled gate. Tyere is ample parking within the house's private road which leads to the house. The house is equipped with everything we needed and more. A table soccer and ping pong were an addition for the kids. The TV has Netflix (input your own account) and YouTube. The jacuzzi is a treat! The view and tranquility of the place made our stay perfect. We stayed for 2 nights in August, and the climate during the night is cool (we at last took a break from the AC). The house is 11 minutes from the famous Rennes le Chateau; you can actually see it from the open bbq area in front of the house. Montbel is also a beautiful place to go for nice swim. It is a large oasis about 45 minutes drive from the house. I recommend Charmante maison and we rate it 5 Stars.

The location was special. Our host was warm and very helpful. It suited us perfectly as a small family. Rennes le Chateau is pleasant and an intriguing historic place to spend time in, but also a perfect base from which to strike out and explore the region.
we loved everything about the property. It was beautifully decorated and had everything you need for an extended stay. Its well located in the centre of town. We have never encountered better hosts. Gerda and Tobi could not have done anything more to make our stay such a wonderful experience. we will be back again
