The location was very good and we enjoyed walking around the area. Also a close distance from Paris to stop on our way back there. A few restaurants and takeaways nearby. The room itself wasnt too bad - just a little dark. Tea making in the room but no fridge.
Brilliant location, near the Loire and in the centre of La Charité sur Loire, a town where art, culture and literature are everywhere. Poetry and citations, wise or/and full of humour are on walls, on pavements, in shop windows, in restaurants or on lampposts. Food and wine, of course, are superb. The flat we stayed in at Le Passage was big and comfortable, with a fabulous view on the church tower close by.

Good location up the hill from Centre Ville about 500m. Secure bicycle storage. Good breakfast. Literary theme in an older but renovated building. Owner was kind enough to allow us to check in two hours early.
