Almost everything met my expectations. The receptionists were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked well, the breakfast was good. When I arrived they gave me in a room that smelled like someone had been smoking in there - I brought it to their attention and they were happy to change my room to one that did not have that smell (all rooms in this hotel were supposed to be smoking-free, however).

Staff were lovely; always a smile and happy to help. Travelled for a conference and location is very convenient: Very close to the convention centre. Beautiful walk in the morning, through a garden and crossing the bridge. Nice breakfast and comfortable.
Although is not necessarily very close to the city centre Lyon has amazing public transport and is within a walking distance.
On my last night had n issue with the blow dryer in the room and was swiftly moved into another room with no problem.

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and always ready to provide advice when asked. We upgraded to the Medici suite and it was worth the extra Euros.

Very convenient location. Close to the city but not in the busy area. Easy parking. Kitchen was well equipped with nice amount of space. Beds were fine. Perfect for our family of 4. Friendly contact and good quality for the price.
Location was out of town but bus stop was 5 mins walk. Steep walk with suitcases. Host was very helpful to fetch us as we were elderly. Also helped us get to the station when Bolt didn't arrive.
