Small, but had everything we needed for our stay. Extremely well equipped. A very large,comfortable bed. Very modern, comfortable lounge with a huge TV. It is located in a pleasant area with an Aldi close by. Free parking right outside. The owner doesn't speak English . And we don't speak French! But when we rang him to ask how we could gain entry. He arrived within 5 minutes with a key. I would definitely use this place again if visiting beautiful Alencon.
