The owner was at the reception and he made us feel welcome right away. They had parking, which is not easy in an old town. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The bath and shower worked as they should - modern, high pressure and all the amenities. The A/C was easy to operate and it functioned. Breakfast was upon request with fresh and delicious pastries. Overall cannot recommend the place highly enough.

Great place for a family of 5 or more. Room on ground floor made it easy for my mother as she did not have to take the stairs. We were all very comfortable, with very well equipped house. Good access into town. Great communication with host. Lots of services close by (market, bakery, etc.)

Great location for town centre and places to eat within walking distance. Off street parking a huge bonus in Albi. Very comfy sofa bed....We visited just as the weather got cold, mid November and the heating was great....space warmed up very quickly and kept warm....great water pressure in shower.
