The location is in a perfect place right near to the castle. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast served in the morning was exceptional. I would like to thank Simon, the owner, who was extremely helpful and had great knowledge of the area.

Amazing hotel and great location in Gondar! The rooms were clean with strong WiFi, hot water, and there is also a nice pool. The breakfast buffet was huge and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic - they organised tours for me to the castles in Gondar, hiking in the Simien Mountains, and even a very early bus to My Tsebri. I highly recommend Haile Resort!
This resort is perfect! Perfect views, beds, rooms, food, location, and everything!
The rooms are huge! The bathrooms have their own hot water heaters. Every room has a view of the surrounding mountains. The beds are super comfy! You feel at peace at this resort.
The resort is tucked away on the mountain from the hustle and bustle of Gonder. The staff are very helpful. Most don't speak English (fluently) but they work hard to understand and accommodate.
Our stay was too short and I hope to return again very soon!
The hotel location is near the airport, market, and banks.
