The hotel is ideally situated within easy walking of all the attractions. The room came with a good balcony and unexpectedly spacious bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was typically Spanish.

The room was very clean.
The outside the courtyard did not resemble the photos, it appeared dirty, unkempt and the plants looked dead. The location looked rough and there was graffiti on a lot of buildings all along the street.

Very dog friendly. Great location and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Welcomed our dog and we could even eat with them in a separate area near the dining room. The bathroom and shower were very clean and a lovely power shower. Easy to drive to from the motorway. We stayed for a night on our way from the north to south.
Easy to walk into town and the gardens round the palace. Dogs are not allowed in the palace gardens which is a shame.
Excellent location, quirky and charming, great to have parking available. Dog friendly in rooms but didn't have breakfast as dogs not allowed in this area.
We were offered good deal when we arrived to upgrade to a suite which was very comfortable. View of place was beautiful from bedroom window. Hotel very central to everything. Very pet friendly. We ate in the bar with the dogs which was great also. Parking very secure and easy access to hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We booked last minute and got an excellent price 109 euros for a luxury, giant room with 2 very comfortable and large beds. Small pets accepted, we stayed with our king charles spaniel. They gave us a sign for the door signalling pet was inside so room service would not enter, this is nice. Easy quick check in and check out. Silent location. Several restaurants and a theater short walking distance, but the town is quiet and many restaurants closed on Tuesday and Monday nights.
Everything but mainly the friendly helpful staff who made my mother and I completely welcome with our two dogs…very dog friendly!
