Location - Reasonable walking distance from subway station. Not difficult to locate with the instruction from hotel staff.
Room - clean & comfortable.
Buffet Breakfast - Good spread & selection considering this is not a big hotel. Food was fresh & nicely prepared.
Complimentary laundry room usage was good - DIY but good enough for us who needs to "refresh" our clothings in the middle of our tour.

Great location, polite, helpful and professional staff. Tour operators 孙艳荣 was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help my family book the package tours and making good recommendations. The hotel comes with clothes washer/dryer for guests, and even provided the detergent. We were extremely happy with the service overall. The room rates were also competitive.
The location was fantastic close to everything of interest and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Peter the porter was brilliant organising a very early taxi to the airport faultlessly
