The staff was fantastic, greatly facilitating our stay by helping to set up Alipay and organizing excursions to the Great Wall and other sights. They also spoke fairly good English, anticipated our every need, and were in general very attentive. Minibar consumption and a little gift each night before going to bed are included in the room price. Definitely one of the best managed hotels I have ever stayed at.
