It was a spacious living area, everything we needed was there. The bed was very comfortable with good quality quilt and linen. Nice and warm in the apartment. Great balcony to enjoy the view of the countryside. The hostess sent clear messages for entry and was very friendly.

The location is outstanding. Right past the city gate and part of the street with all the half-timbered homes. Plenty of restaurants, bars, bakeries right at the doorstep. . The staff super friendly, the room was a good size, modern & hip. Slept very well, did not hear a thing.
Guesthouse Erlach is located on the Galsstrasse, 5 minutes walk from the pebbly shores of Lake Biel. The property offers a sizeable garden and there is a pottery shop on the ground floor.

There's a "magic garden" with several little spaces with chairs and outside tables, and with three turtles roaming around. There's also a cage with guinea pigs. Our kids loved it.

Good breakfast selection. Good evening meal menu albeit rather on the pricey side compared to local restaurants. Excellent location with easy walk along the lakeside to the town centre. Bedroom and bathroom very good size.
Only a 1-minute walk from the Old Town of Murten and a 5-minute walk from Lake Murten. Due to the renovation of one of our hotel wings, we currently no longer have a restaurant.
