The small town and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The hotel is popular with locals and dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The owners Patricia and Soren and their staff are very welcoming. The location of the town is very good with raill & bus links to almost anywhere. Swiss rail lived up fully to its reputation. A Cable car is situated 200m from hotel and reaches the 1900m at the top of Stanserhorn in minutes. Recommend purchasing a "Tell Pass"

We have a nice host to guide us how to use the facilities. He also greeted us in person and treated us with wine and juice and …….We are so thankful to him. We made a perfect holiday next to the beautiful lake and got fantastic view. The panoramic lounge has been well maintained by the host with very clean windows. Little studio big enough for 2. Fabulous view that I'll never forget. Quite and calm place with only cow bells that you can hear. There are few walking paths and a walking path to mountain Pilatus. The place is really nice and comfortable, cosy.

Very good Location where you can easily access cogwheel to Mt. Pilatus, just few minutes walk to the station. The apartment has a good view to the lake. Room is very clean and the host has well prepared for guests with some basic foods for breakfast. Just one thing to claim is the sound proof when the upstairs has occupied and people go back and forth then you clearly hear steps and cause you awake in the midnight.
