The bed was dirty. Stains, blood stains and everything. I took pictures just to prove it. When I told the guy at the reception, he told me to come with him. He took me to the second floor. I asked him why the second floor, I’m on the fourth. He said that’s where the clean linens are. He gave a few and then said he had to go back down and left the linens with me to replace.
That was odd. But then when we wanted to check my wife’s side of the bed also, we saw it was torn. This was subpar and below expectation. So I went downstairs again and told the guy I’m not going to stay here, this is not hygienic and not up to standard of a four star hotel. I travel a lot and I’ve seen four star hotels. One was Luganodante in Lugano where I was the night before and it was just impeccable. Comparing it even to a three star hotel like the Holiday Inn Express, it makes this hotel look bad. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

breakfast was generous and full of options. eggs were only available after 9am due to internal meetings before..I thought that was rather unusual.

Unfortunately due to Time restraints I could only use the breakfast facility once but was very good and Friendly Staff,(I had to be at work between 06:30 and 07.00AM every day of stay).
