Estância Verde is a beautiful, tranquil place. The host is amazing. I arrived late, with the rain beating down, and she had a meal prepared for me. Which was so lovely as I was starving at that stage.
The property is like an art gallery, and to get there is a bit of an adventure.
I slept soundly in a lovely bed. I was very comfortable.
I would highly recommend.

I loved everything. Specially the kitchen appliances, the air conditioner which is enough for the room and the upper part. The host is great and the place is super quite and extremely safe. Incredible!

Breakfast was simple but delicious and with a very nice presentation! We were searching a quiet place not too close from the movida of the city in Morro and in the 4th beach it's really quiet. The hotel offers free pick-up and free rides from/to the village (with a timetable) which has to be considered for reching the location, unless you really like to walk.
The personal was very helpful and kind. Rooms comfortable and modern and I liked also the view to the pool in the middle of the complex. I really enjoyed our stay even if it was very short. Ah, I also suggest to make the trilha to Gamboa from the Pousada, it was nice and Gamboa is an highlight in the island for me <3

Very special place in many regards : Daisy is a great host. You can learn a lot from her about the forest around her place and the plants and animals that live there. Breakfast is made nearly entirely from fruits and ingredients that come from this forest. The location is unique, you just have to see it with your own eyes. It's not a luxury resort but provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Absolutely recomendable!
Clean room, but bery simple. The location is good because close to the boat but also very noisy. Comfortable and good for 1 night, but overpriced as we payed 180 R which is too much.
The staff was extremely generous with their help and their time! I am so grateful for their kindness - they were able to help me get around town and arrange travel plans, amongst many other things. Simply a top notch team!
The location is simple the best place in this small town. It is directly in the middle of downtown, surrounded by small shops, supermarkets, banks, even an emergency room. It is also a very, very short walk down to the river where the boats and ferries to other islands are.
