Nice small guesthouse ran by a friendly family. We stayed here for 1 night before crossing the border over to Bolivia. Breakfast was good and the pousada had everything we needed.

very good location. The view from the higher rooms on the left aisles (from the street) is great, you overlook the Pantanal, I saw even tucans flying around. But these are also the rooms that get sun the whole day which makes them hot during the day (I enjoyed it though as weather was freezing when I stayed in Corumba.) Usually these rooms are booked some weeks in advance.

Awesome tours with Max, Pedro, and Jaguarman. Huge array of wildlife spotted over the 6 days and 5 nights I was there! These included: Giant Anteater, Giant Otter (including mating pair), Neotropical Otters, lots of Marsh Deer, Brocket Deer, Tapir, Howler Monkeys, Foxes, Capybaras, Peccaries, lots of Iguanas and Caiman, and over 100 species of birds from the breathtaking Hyacinth Macaw to the towering and spectacular Jabiru.
Truly a nature lover's paradise. Food is great and there's a pool to cool down in after a long day out looking for wildlife in the sweltering Pantanal dry season. Great value and within reach for budget backpackers and nature enthusiasts considering how expensive the Pantanal can be. Lovely and helpful staff.

Clean rooms and good location near the river and it is less than 30 minutes walk to the bus station. I didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Good air con and big lockers in the dormitory.
