The people who run the place and their staff were absolutely great - friendly, intelligent, available to help, customer oriented. The furniture and room size were completely adequate - I stayed 10 days and had no problem at all. My room also had quite a spacious balcony, also a treat. The room was cleaned daily, linen was changed every couple of days or so. Something I noted with utmost joy - the room had 3 sockets! It was easy to charge my devices which is not always the case. I loved the fact that they cater only for their own guests in their restaurant - first of all, the food was great, but also one has the luxury of peace and quiet, that special feeling of exclusivity that goes with the concept of a family hotel. Also, thank you for being a pet friendly place in the heart of Kranevo! It makes a difference to pet owners.

The room was very comfortable , all ammenities mentioned were in place plus a refrigerator. The location was I believe fully booked however it was very quiet. Staff was very nice, overall a very nice holiday location, would definitely go there again.
