This was our second stay at Chardaka Guest House and again we enjoyed the warm welcome of it’s hosting. With much care for every detail we felt comfortable and the delicious breakfast we ordered additional can only be recommended. Location is near to the main plaza in Kalofer.

I loved the location in the middle of the forest and the absence of Wi-Fi and coverage made it perfect for a digital detox. The common kitchen area was spacious and well-equipped. Each bungalow had its own amenities and a mini fridge, offering the choice of solitude or community interaction. This is an excellent spot for kids, pets, and groups of friends to relax and enjoy nature. It is located right next to the river, there are nearby restaurants, a monastery, and a forest trail.
You can definitely connect with nature. It's a quiet and peaceful location where you can enjoy the sound of the river and the birds. The porch is the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine and delve into a good book.
Sweet bulgarian village house. If you like autentity, there you fnd it. Very simple and ckean. Everytjing we needed way there. And so peaceful! Pure delight. Our Host was freindly and helpful. We had a wonderful autentic breakfast - panckakes with homemade jellies, honey and jogurt. Coffe, tea and a small kitchen way available to use. Very nice stay with children. And to top it all, they accept pets! Our dog felt also very comfortable there. Very good value for mobey!
The property was very beautiful. Everything was sparkling clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was pet-friendly and had no issues bringing our dog in the house. We had the most amazing banitsa for breakfast.
It was a bit tricky to get there over the dirt road but the drive gave it more of a secluded vibe. I also had no cell service, so that added up to the secluded feeling.
The place is situated in a little valley close to the Byala Reka eco path and offers idyllic views. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and the bungalow was cozy, clean and comfy. If you're an animal lover, like me, all the more reason to go because they have 6 very adorable cats and a lovely dog. We'll surely visit again soon! :)
