I got busy in the parking lot talking to other motorcyclists on the morning of departure. I was so immersed in conversation that I totally forgot to check out and drop my room keys. Called the hotel about an hour up the road, and they assured me that was not a problem. I appreciate their understanding!
It was in a very good location. Even though the pool was next to a parking lot, they made it beautiful with landscaping outdoor seating and fire pits that the parking lot was not even noticeable. The aesthetics of the dining area and bar area were very nice. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.
The older lady at check in was super nice, quick and wonderful at her job. The parking lot was very well lit. It was super quiet and I felt safe (no shady business outside the rooms like some motels).
Very clean, numerous handicap spots up front so no problem getting one. Super helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast had everything from scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit. There is a nice pool on the end of the hotel, facing trees and not room windows or the parking lot.

Nothing The place is a drug dealer bunch of people are in stairs and parking lots this place is not safe please think before staying here is very dangerous
Nothing... when we arrived we were told that the hotel was fully booked and we didn't end up staying there. We explained to the front desk lady we had a reservation and tried to provide out reservation number. She said that didn't matter there is no room. When we arrived the parking was full. At each corner of the parking was a different construction crew 10-15 people just drinking outside their trucks. 5 minutes later 2 police officers paroled the parking lot. I didn't feel safe to be honest.
Good room size, good bathroom, good shower, super attentive and solicitous staff (especially L.A) the only point is that they don't have valet / private parking you park your car in a parking lot but we had no problems finding a space. would definitely come back
Hotel was in an excellent location! The area was very walkable and there were lots of great restaurants and bars close by! The rail was also super close and off street parking was available for $15! Valet staff were super friendly and helpful.
