Very good location, not in the middle of the buzz, but very close to Michigan Ave and the lake. The staff was super nice. The room was beautiful with a very nice view.

Beautiful view from the room (11th floor) over the lake, pier and surrounding buildings. Amazing swimming pool, very decent size to swim (go early before families arrive). Room spacious enough, bright and clean, with comfortable beds. The building of the hotel itself is gorgeous, you can spot it from far, including from Skydeck
