There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows wonderful. We received a very nice welcome from Allison and also a bottle of champagne up in the room. We are very happy with the stay!

Located near the Chicago River, the hotel with free WiFi access is 10 minutes’ walk from Navy Pier. This is a wonderful hotel! The room and the entire property are spotlessly clean, well designed and the lobby was so welcoming. In fact, it was the first hotel that made me want to spend time just sitting by the fireplace. We had the opportunity to eat at ETA (the hotel restaurant) for dinner and breakfast a few times and the food was excellent. Finally, the staff, with the exception of one team member was very kind, helpful and friendly.
