Initially, the employees at the reception and in general at the hotel served us in whatever we needed. The hotel is very close to the beach, and generally offers many facilities. The cleanliness of the rooms was at a high level. The cuisine and dishes are also excellent. Local flavors, very tasty and all this was included in the price. Also, their immediate response to emails is very important.

The location was absolutely perfect - just a stone's throw away from the port and all the major tourist attractions that the city has to offer. Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately struck by the beautiful boho decor and attention to detail. The rooms were tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and the room was equipped with an air conditioning unit and I have to say, it was a truly comfortable experience, especially during the summer months. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. But what really set this hotel apart was the pool area and bar. The pool was stunning - clean, refreshing, and surrounded by comfortable loungers and umbrellas. The bar was also fantastic, serving up delicious cocktails and snacks throughout the day and evening. The breakfast spread was expansive and included everything from freshly baked pastries and bread, to a selection of cheeses and cold cuts, to hot breakfast dishes such as eggs and sausages. Additionally, there was a variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereals available, making it easy to find something for everyone. The quality of the food was top-notch. Everything tasted freshly prepared and of very high quality. The service was also impeccable, with friendly staff who were prompt in clearing tables and replenishing dishes as needed. Overall, I could not recommend Costa Maya Hotel enough. It's the perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and centrally located stay in the city. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, this hotel is sure to exceed all of your expectations.
