The best, however, were the hosts Sandra and Pedro who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. As we were working from the Villa we needed fast internet connection and Sandra made additional arrangements to get us a more stable connection. We stayed at the villa for a month from mid February to mid March so unfortunately it was a bit too chilly to use the amazing-looking pool.

Lovely spacious apartment with easy walking to town centre and waterfront. We had a hire car and used street parking overnight. Setúbal is a great town with a must see market. We used it as our base while exploring the wider area.
The hotel is at a central location. The rooms were nice, it had comfortable bed and functional bathroom. The breakfast was very good. There is a big car parking opposite to the hotel (but on the other side of the street) that was convenient.
Rooms and furniture are simple and new. AC in the room. Machines to wash/dry your clothes are available free of charge. The kitchen is shared with other guests and is equipped with a microwave oven, stove, oven, refrigerator, sandwich maker. The bathroom is inside the room. The TV is a modern 43" or bigger. They have a gated parking lot. All lockers (gate, room door, building door) are keyless (electronic). WiFi is available throughout the building and inside your room. It seems that they accept extended-stay guests.

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and clean, matching the listing description. Checking in was easy and contactless. There's free parking next to the apartment building and the area seems very safe. It's also pet-friendly.
Great location. Easy free street parking right in front. But also a big beach parking lot a block or two away just in case. Free coffee in the kitchen!
In relation to the above question about parking it is a little tight to park/ leave in the number 8 space because it is opposite the ramp. We did always manage it as the car park was quite empty but it could have been more difficult had the car park been full. This is not a complaint but just an observation as I was asked about parking. The car was in secure parking and was away from all elements so it was a very good provision for the car. Thank you.
The apartment was very clean when we checked in. Plenty of free parking lots are only about ten minutes walk away. Sadly for us, the small dishwasher was faulty when we were there. The owner was very responsive but couldn’t get a repairman in because we were there over the weekend only. They tried to make our stay comfortable by helping us with washing the dishes!
The location is excellent. There are a lot of free parking lots nearby. It was very nice that there were several bottles of water and Nespresso coffee capsules when we arrived. The apartment has a lot of light and all rooms are air-conditioned.
well outside city centre on other side of the river to Lisbon but well priced compared to city centre hotel prices, easy to get across the river into Lisbon on a ferry that runs from Montijo plenty of free car parking nearby.
