Really comfy bed and nice aesthetic. It had everything I needed for a night in Guayama and it is so close to one of the best smoothie shops in Puerto Rico, Purpura!

Location, room, parking
The hotel is a bright spot in the center of Ponce, which still is repairing damage from the earthquake and hurricanes. A beautiful and comfortable hotel with on site parking, delicious restaurant, pool and casino.
beautiful older buiding, well maintained. Rooms big and comfortable and quiet. Large wooden doors to balcony kept outside street to to a minimum. Only could hear base 1 night from Easter celebration in the Plaza one building away. Hotel is close to everything. Can walk to restaurants, Plaza etc. Casa Serrales and the beach area only a 5 to 10 minute drive. Lots of easy on street parking. Area is very safe.
I liked the softly renovated old charme and the comparibly fair price. Big plus were parking, clean room, comfortable bed, quiet.
The room was very large. Wi-Fi was good. The hotel décor was fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful. It was 2 2 minute walk to the plaza, several restaurants, and the casino. I especially liked the on-street parking in front of the hotel!
Super friendly Receptionist with efficient check-in. The king bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. We didn't use the pool, but there were a lot of families who looked like they were loving it! Plenty of car parking.
All the Staff hotel courtesy, services, cleanliness, price very good. Is very confort to stay. The acces to entrance at parking lot. We love the facilities(washer machine & vending macines). Breakfast excelent. Very comfortable to stay.
Cozy and familiar place that needs improvements in Lighting and Security in the parking lot. Reinforce cleaning and garbage collection in common areas and parking lots. You need a good restaurant that is open at least for breakfast and / or dinner because there is supposedly one but it was closed.
