Freshly upgraded and modern, very spacious and clean. Right on the main thoroughfare so easy to find. Nice beds, furniture and very nice walk-in shower. Even had a jacuzzi tub but never had a chance to use it.

Electric car-charging is available on site, with prior booking at the reception required. Spacious room, balcony, clean, modern design, even had new washing machine and dryer in the room. The area is nice as well, many restaurants, cute stores, a nice playground right across the street, 20 minutes walk to the ferry to Auckland. Staff so friendly as well! Would definitely come here again

Everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. Spacious rooms, beds were comfy, shower was good. Easy to walk to the CBD and harbour area, although uphill on the return. Valet parking available or save some money and park yourself in the adjacent multi storey car park.
Location is perfect - most main attractions are walking distance and if not, easy enough to catch an uber. Car parks available for guests which is why I booked here as not many hotels in town offered free parking. Staff are lovely. Room was great. Clean, tidy and was cleaned every day ! Netflix, tvnz on demand etc on tv. Our room had a view of the city and was so nice to wake up too. I took my three year old and holiday and this place was perfect!
Great room with a view, car parking was below the hotel with options to pre-book or valet. We went for Home Grown and one of the bands were staying there as well!!
The apartment was absolutely beautiful with amazing facilities its was so comfortable with great full kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The beds were comfortable and the power shower was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and right next to the beach and the town centre. Free parking for two cars in their underground car park. We stayed a few nights and one of the nicest places we stayed. The staff were also lovely and gave some great tips of places to go
Location is great close to public transport, train station across the road and a regular bus to city only 5 minutes Walk. Bus ride only 20 minutes. Modern place, nicely decorated, secure, clean, amazing shower, great comfy bed, lots of room in the studio apartment. 24 hour reception. Car parking on-site is $15 a day, but we found street parking right outside for free.
Staff were lovely, valet parking great and really nice that we could utilize car park until 2pm on day of check out.
The location here was great. The room we had was a little narrow but it felt spacious. It was very clean. We appreciated the valet car parking. Staff were lovely and friendly. Would definitely stay here again
Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff. For a studio apartment it was quite spacious. Clean throughout, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, great shower and kitchen was functional. The car parking arrangement despite being somewhat pricey as a good way to keep the car safe and a guaranteed spot every night, because on-street parking was very limited and felt unsafe.
It was beautiful and the onsite parking was very helpful but a little pricey for per night (but way better than having to pay for street parking!) The receptionists were very nice and made everything super easy.
Cannot beat the location, and free parking nearby. Lovely balcony upstairs overlooking the water too. Spacious communal kitchen
