The Loft was located at the Imago Shopping Mall which had everything I needed when I looked for sunblock and insect repellents for my tours. The staff were super friendly. I checked in extra late (My flight arrived at 1:20 AM) but they waited for me so that I could check in. I asked for recommendations for massages and they continuously helped me through WhatsApp. The place was very nice, my only regret is that I packed my schedule too much that I didn’t get to sleep in longer! It’s a vacation on itself just to stay there. As for late night food or snacks, a restaurant which was located at the front of the Loft was open 24/7 so getting hungry at night was not a problem. The room looked exactly like the photos here.

The stuff was also kind and professional. There are some snacks, ramen, water dispensers, and instant coffee that can be used for free in the kitchen. I forgot my snorkeling kit after checkout, but the managers took care of it, and they collected it, and I went to take it the next day.
