The staff go above and beyond for every guest. The hotel is extremely close walking distance to the city center, but far away enough that you don’t hear any noise from the center it is so quiet and tranquil I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Hearing the birds in the morning was my favorite. Theres no children (win) and its a beautiful experience for couples. They even made my birthday extra special with flowers which is super appreciated because I unfortunately have food poisoning *NOT from the hotel* it’s a very small property, which i appreciate. they are currently adding a coffee shop to the property as well as adding some landscaping while we were staying there. Its so nice I cant wait to go back.

Our stay at Ximena truly exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a quiet part of town, this new hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. The entire staff was so kind and treated me and my friend like family. But the best part of this hidden gem… THE WIFI. As a digital nomad who works remote, a lot of people told me prior to my visit that the wifi is terrible in the entire town of Sayulita. It goes without saying I was nervous getting there, but let me tell you… the wifi at Ximena is FLAWLESS. Honestly, the best wifi I’ve probably had in all of Mexico. I was able to join video calls, connect consistently to my VPN, etc. all without any issues. Not to mention the rooftop is the PERFECT workspace. Seriously so impressed. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return next time I visit Sayulita!
